Title Sequences

A title sequence is the beginning and the end of a movie where they show the credits with a short animation, live action, still images and music. They use it to present their title of the film, key production and cast members. for instance actors or director. Certain colours are used to present the mood of the film for instance a horror would be dark and gloomy whilst a children's film would be bright. Certain fonts are used to show what type of film it is for instance super hero fonts are usually big and bold. Fonts are also used to show how old the film is like in medieval for instance Lord Of The Rings. The sequence makes you feel excited to watch the film because it draws you're attention and shows the quality of the film. I like it because sometimes they use unique music, animation such as Dead Pool which really gives you the chills. The weaknesses are that a lot of films have the same style where characters are paused and the camera moves around them. Their good because they attach your attention it uses good music.
